Free shipping on all US orders.

 

When will my order arrive?

We prepare and send your order within 1-3 business days. Delivery to the US usually takes 7-15 business days after it ships. From November 20 to January 5 carriers are much busier, so please allow up to 4 weeks.

 

Ordering a gift?

For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, order by November 18.

 

Where does it ship from?

Your order ships from our partner warehouse in China, which is how we keep prices low.

 

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 3-5 days to show the first update, which is normal.

 

Shipping address

Please check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped. We don't ship to PO Boxes.
